We completely understand that some online customers do not wish to pay for their purchases over the Internet through our affiliate PayPal with your credit card.  Your security is of the utmost importance to us and we have taken great care to protect your privacy but if you wish we are happy to accept your order over the phone or over a fax transmission by simply click here and using our simple Manual Order Form.

Returns:

In the case your items arrive damaged  or a packing error should occur please return the items to The Craft Patch using the supplied return label for your convenience and we will send you at no additional shipping charge a replacement for the items that you returned.

We take pride in the custom made to order products we offer and the service we provide. It is our guarantee that the items you buy from The Craft Patch.com are of the finest quality.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date in its original condition (item must be in saleable condition) and we will credit your credit card (replacement check if purchase made with check) for the purchase amount less shipping and handling charges. Sorry, we do not reimburse for shipping.
